Pour toutes celles qui rêvent depuis longtemps d’apprendre l’art de la danse orientale, nous avons une grande nouvelle : le 14 septembre, nous invitons toutes les jeunes filles âgées de 15 à 70 ans à la première leçon d’initiation !
Ce n’est pas seulement de la danse, c’est un art qui allie le mouvement, l’émotion et l’harmonie. Chaque mouvement de la danse orientale contribue à améliorer la condition physique, à accroître la souplesse, à renforcer les muscles et à développer la coordination.
