Drawing for children 8 – 11 years

Drawing classes for children aged 8 – 11 years. During the classes, children use various drawing techniques that help develop creative skills and self-expression, including watercolour painting, gouache, coloured pencil technique, and collage. These classes are free and all materials are provided by the centre’s community team. This is a great option for your kids after school.

На заняттях дітки малюють різними техніками малювання, які допомагають розвивати творчі навички та самовираження, а саме акварельний живопис, гуаш, техніка кольорових олівців, колаж. Ці заняття безкоштовні та усі матеріали надаються командою комʼюніті центру. Це відмінний варіант для ваших діток в позашкільний час.

Cours de dessin pour les enfants de 8 – 11. Pendant les cours, les enfants utilisent diverses techniques de dessin qui les aident à développer leurs compétences créatives et à s’exprimer, notamment l’aquarelle, la gouache, la technique des crayons de couleur et le collage. Ces cours sont gratuits et tout le matériel est fourni par l’équipe communautaire du centre. C’est une excellente option pour vos enfants après l’école.

Yoga is about searching for something important in life. Yoga classes will help you return home, to yourself, to feel a deeper connection with yourself and to see your body, emotions, and thoughts through different eyes. Meditations can become support, shelter, and a spiritual path. We invite you to hatha yoga classes with elements of vinyasa, pranayama, and meditation.

Language of instruction: Ukrainian, French, Dutch.

Gezondheid Social Health Orientation Center (SHOC)

Uitnodiging voor het Sociaal Gezondheidsoriëntatiecentrum (SHOC).

Het Sociaal Gezondheidsoriëntatiecentrum (SHOC) is een programma voor zorg, coördinatie en oriëntatie voor begunstigden van tijdelijke bescherming die zijn gered uit de oorlog in Oekraïne en tijdelijk verblijven in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.

Het Sociaal Gezondheidsoriëntatiecentrum (SHOC) biedt ondersteuning en coördineert acties op de volgende gebieden:

- Het vinden en benoemen van een huisarts op basis van de woonplaats,
- Het plannen van afspraken met gespecialiseerde specialisten met een smal profiel,
- Ondersteuning en bijstand van mobiele teams op het gebied van vertalingen, sociale bescherming en geestelijke gezondheid,
- Oriëntatie naar partnerorganisaties die culturele en sociale ondersteuning bieden,
- Toegang tot waardevolle informatie over medische en/of psychologische hulp beschikbaar in het Brussels Gewest,
- Het vergemakkelijken van toegang tot sociale bijstand,
- Bescherming van slachtoffers van familie- en seksueel geweld,
- Eerste gezondheidscontrole,
- Medisch consult met een therapeut in crisissituaties.
